Sweetser has partnered with Central Maine Healthcare and is looking for a Clinician for Swift River Family Medicine in Rumford!
Located in a primary and/or specialty practice, this position is a trained LCSW or LCPC working with adults, children, and families integrating mental health services into the medical practice. The clinician, a member of the care team, will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers and other practice staff to assure patients receive brief treatment, prevention, and educational support.

General Expectations:
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Independently licensed to practice as an LCSW/LCPC in Maine (conditional considered)
• Possession of and ability to maintain a valid State of Maine driver’s license.
Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the social work field.• Experience working with individuals of all ages, as well as with children and their families.
